US asset manager Miles Capital has appointed Christie Bull as the company’s director, institutional sales, effective from 20 August 2012.
In her new role, Bull will spearhead leading and managing the institutional sales effort for Miles Capital, concentrating on insurance asset management, which is the core strength of Miles Capital.
Prior to Miles Capital, Bull worked for five years as senior sales executive with Conning Asset Management and in various business development and portfolio management roles with ING Investment Management Americas.
Miles Capital president Greg Boal said Christie brings a very deep and broad knowledge base to MCI with 30 years experience across the insurance asset management industry.
"Her depth of experience includes portfolio management of both equity and fixed income portfolios, relationship management for both clients and consultants, and the development of successful sales teams to meet clients' unique needs," Boal said.
