Turkey imported 203,237 tons of seamless steel pipes in 2012, falling by 6% year on year, according to statistics released by the Turkish Statistical Institute (TUIK).
In 2012, the country’s import revenues generated by seamless steel pipes totaled US$295.5 million, falling by 13.5% year on year.
In December alone, Turkey’s imports of seamless steel pipes totaled 12,412 tons, slumping by 51.2% from a month ago and falling by 23.1% year on year.
