Product Description

As we known in the pipe fitting and elbow standard, the butt welding elbows commonly are 45°,90°,180°. We can provide you with Elbows in Any Degree, including the most common 45° and 90°180°, as well as other irregular angle elbows such as 60° depending on the project. Elbows are made of cast iron, stainless steel, alloy steel, malleable iron, carbon steel, non-ferrous metals and plastics.

These elbows can be used to connect two tubes of the same or different nominal diameters. All of our pipe fittings must be surface treated, and the iron oxide skin on the inner and outer surfaces is sprayed off by shot peening, and then coated with anti-corrosive paint, which is convenient for transportation and can effectively prevent corrosion and oxidation of the product.

Features:

1. The geometrical dimensions, roundness error, angular error and wall thickness reduction of our elbows can be strictly controlled. The inner and outer surfaces are smooth, smooth, beautiful, non-oxidizing, decarburizing, wrinkling, heavy skin, cracks, etc. .

2. The stamping Elbows in Any Degree have the best pressure resistance. It is resistant to temperature, pressure, flexibility and heat, and its performance is higher than other plastic pipes.

3. The alloy elbow is equivalent to the thermal expansion coefficient of the inner and outer layers of the composite wear-resistant tube. For the case of high-altitude changes and frequent changes, there will be no internal cracking and early failure.
