PROPELLER DRIVE SHAFT 37140-87404
Due to the drive shaft has to transmit a large torque, the intermediate shaft is a tube with a large wall thickness. It is contacted with the tube yoke and the input shaft welded by an automatic CO2 gas shielded welding or a friction welding process. After the dynamic balance test of the drive shaft, the dynamic balance piece is welded, and the bump is processed on the dynamic balance piece, and is welded to the drive shaft by a projection welding process.
